Please help me win against this base. At least by 2 stars. I'm a TH8 and all my troops and spells are maxed except for dragons and pekkas which are still level 1. I'm not gonna be able to use dark barracks as they are undergoing upgradation. Is it impossible to 3 star this base? Thanks.

Your th 8. You can 2 star that base with lev 5 barch. 3* with 3 heal spell.
If you want a sure 3*, do mass drags. Drop 3 level 3 (at least) lightning spells on top of one ad, then place the drags where the last ad is. Make sure to funnel them to the ad.
Even Giant Wizard will 3 star this base (giants lev 5 and wiz lev 5)
Hog it. 3 heals. Usual strat, entry point from the right. And as a fellow th8, you shouldn't be targeting th7s. They are easy and don't really require max troops.
If you're any good with Giants and Wizards you should be able to roll that base with 3 heals, 18-20 Giants and Wizards. Don't forget to bait out the Clan Castle, bring some Archers to snipe out a lot of the free out-lying buildings and you could bring a Healer for after the second Air Defense is down, though the healer might not be necessary depending on deployment and spell placement.
OR do as the other guy said about the Drag/Lightning attack.
Mass dragon is my best bet. Or you could giant,wiz, healer combo and get a easy 3 star. Hope this helps.

Mass drag (even with level 1 drags) plus 3 level 3+ lightning spells is pretty much guaranteed 3 star on that base.
