Any dark elixir farming attack strategies that are successful to steal dark elixir, which is centralised inside the base?(TH8 ) It would be better if the troops for the strategy train fast and I don't have to wait hours.

Lightning strikes!
Always train lightning and use it if they have more than 2000. You can barch, you just need to be able to get to the core. Don't focus on getting the free buildings around the base, just pick one side and get to the core. Wall breakers can help.
I have used it a lot but I think it's not worth waiting about 1 hr 30 minutes for the spell and get only 500 dark elixir( sometimes more)Quote:

giants goblins wizz arch and some barbs are good enough to loot dark
I never lighhning striked lol too long. Just go to gold 1 use giants heal arch barb wbs. Imaxed my bk when i was th8 with that and alot of de troops
