I'm pretty sure that is ruled out. Give the stickied thread a read of ruled out ideas.
This idea is both good and bad
Good because you can help your clanmates and also if youve got maxed collectors but cant spend it, you can donate it
Bad because people will make multiple accounts to give to their main account and also hoppers will ask for donations and leave then repeat over and over thus abusing the system

and by not thinking of the bad side, they did not add a counter for it like say you cant ask for resource donations for 48 hours if you left a clan. Then there you go, hundreds or thousands of people just abused the system
