What do u use ur de on ?

Ok so I want to push my hero's to higher lvl but also I m going out on upgrading my exile troops.

Now I m confconfused on what to use de on ? Push hero's or dark troops ?

I m th9. BK 10 AQ 7. Hogs 3 minions 2

Both? .... Why not.... 1 hero, 1 troop.... then other hero and a troop, works for me...:cool:

Edit... also raiding is lot easier with only 1 hero down. ..

I use my de for archer queen. :)

Definitely heroes. Only if both heroes are upgrading and I have more DE than I can use do I bother upgrading dark troops in the lab. Only if all 3 are going and I still have a surplus would I make a dark troop to raid with.

Upgrade heroes constantly. Only work on DE troops if you use them for war, try not to use them for farming.
heroes take the longest and therefor should be focused on the most.

Upgrade what you use most

(My suggestion for TH8 level)

For war:
I suggest to upgrade troops (minions / hogs / valkyrie / golems) Unlock King
This will enable you to ensure star collection during wars

For Farming:
I suggest BK Max to level 10 / minions and then whatever you feel like afterwards in terms of hogs / val / golems

I would say, if you use de troops for war, upgrade those to get them out of the way. I would also say to get as many hero levels out of the way as possible, meaning never stop the upgrading. It will make war, and farming as a TH 10 much easier.

It should be both.

if you can afford, do a hero of your choice first, then de troop when you have surplus of de while the hero is upgrading

if you can't afford, imho do :
golem until lvl 2
witch until lvl 2
and then heroes all the way to lvl 15

I use 12 hogs, 80 archers and 80 barbs for farming in crystal. There is plenty of DE there and in crystal 1 there is a 300 DE win bonus. On top of that I have my DE drills maxxed out so I never seem to be wanting for DE.

I agree with those that say upgrade heros but often there is more than enough for dark troop upgrades too. I have level 5 minions and hogs, level 2 valks and golems. My AQ is being upgrade to AQ10 now and she seem to spend as much time beauty sleeping during upgrades as fighting. My BK is level 11. I will upgrade the two together. I still like the BKs iron fist. I still attack with barbs so the iron fist works well as all barbs around the BK are raged.
