A list of things you have to upgrade until you have reached the max for you TH level. Lets say two of you archer towers are max for you TH, but you need to finish upgrading the one that is not, the max ones will not show up on the list yet the other will. And the list would just be a simple menu, almost IDENTICAL to the achievement list.

This is a neat idea, but honestly i don't think it is needed right now
I would like a checklist of what is left. I've ran into times where I wish I had a better way to see what I had, so I could decide on if it is time to start my Town Hall upgrade.
A list of what is left, with upgrade times, and costs, would simply that task greatl than hunt and click. It could reduce the sad state of Town Hall rushing, since you would have the possible psychological 'need' to complete the list before upgrading your Town Hall.

I can see this being added to improve the fun factor; and making upgrading more entertaining and easier to manage.
