There are hundreds of different languages in the world, and globals for about 12 of them. Everyone else is stuck into english global, so if you come on at times when English-speakers are at work/school/asleep, you'll find plenty of people speaking other languages.

Ok but I was banned from the whole game for the day and honestly I'm not exactly sure why is it an automated system doing that too that's when I think they should tell u ur specific supposed offense

The automated ban system is only for the global chat, and would not ban you from the whole game. You just couldn't chat in global until that ban was lifted, but you could play, raid, chat in clan, etc.

If you were banned from the game, you did something very very bad, and someone reported it to SuperCell and had evidence such as a screenshot showing your bad behavior.

The thread you mentioned has been deleted and the OP of that thread has been banned twice now. He started a second account (against the TOS) just to "thank" the Mods.
