The point being made, however, is that no matter how far up the chain someone says violating the TOS is A-Okey, those statements are null and void on a legal basis. No verbal omission or non-enforcement of the TOS is legally binding unless given in writing by an officer. Not just an employee, a corporate officer.

I think weve definitely beat this dead horse for quiet a while. No one at Supercell cares if someone has 100 accounts, but stating that they don't care to enforce this part of the TOS doesn't change the fact that it violates it and they have the right to enforce it if they choose to.

The biggest take away is the level of support you'll recieve. I think its important that people understand that the risk isn't of being banned but losing progress because something goes wrong and they are ineligible for support due to TOS violation.

Sneaky, what I was trying to say, and did not explain very well, is that moderators words are not legally binding. I was not trying to imply that you don't know what you are talking about :)

I have been a moderator/administrator at a large gaming site myself, so I know how hard it can be to put up with people such as myself. I don't blame you for retiring, I did.

The paragraphs below sum it up nicely. As I have said before, I really don't care how many accounts people have. I, myself, have a few. What does bother me though is when people have no clue what the rules are but, pretend they do.

Supercell doesn't have anything against multiple accounts, but they dont encourage having multiple accounts on same device. Especially for apple is does become a problem. In my knowledge.

This is the kind of thing I am talking about...

Of course they have something against multiple accounts. If they didn't, it would not be in the Terms of Service.

However, there is a clause in the ToS:

Long story short: Violate the ToS at your own risk. If you lose an account, don't come crying to SuperCell.

Supercell can enforce any rule in their own TOS any time they wish. Legally, this is up to their discretion.
Anyone who has more than one account on a single device is at risk of loosing their unsaved game(s)

Its time to wrap this one up now, before someone says something they regret.
