Why we NEED an opt in/out feature ASAP

I believe most clans that are asking for the opting system already knew of this particular solution. That's said, I am against both an opting system and the "solution" (I would even call it an abuse) that many clans are practicing.

I haven't seen many proponents of this idea admit that there are any possible downsides associated with the idea of an opt-out system, much less any serious enough to shelve the idea entirely.

We have several longstanding members that fit this description right now. They rushed to TH10, and while they have the toys, they don't have the skills to use them. It puts extra pressure on our TH9s and TH8s to three star. If an opt-out system existed, we would probably consider forcing a few of them to do so.

What exactly were you thinking/implying when you said "who cares" what Supercell thinks, and that "our" (you don't speak for me, by the way) demands have to be met?

Actually, he did say exactly that. But I don't want to count it because that would be cherry picking individual sentences on my part. It would be just as invalid if I did that as it is when you do it. I think if we consider the email in its entirety SuperSteve did not say they planned to work on it. Just like he never said they were against it. Al those statements cancel out to nothing.So I am going to give you this one. he made no statement that they were going to do it. And I admit as for as I know there is no such plan. Its why I campaign like I do.

I'll post the whole statement tomorrow. There is no way that a reasonable person reads it and concludes Supercell is just trying to figure out how they should implement an opt-out system.

I have read it and I see no way a reasonable person can think it says anything one way or the other. And yes I am aware you think it says something as I say that.
