3D Base Viewing?

What if we could go 3D? It sounds weird but those of you who have played plunder pirates may understand. What if we could use 3D to view our base from different angles? So a player could possibly look around the base nd see different views you haven't seen before. It could have a possible option in the setting to turn on or off the 3D effect. I know that plunder pirates has this and may create a problem, but maybe something similar yet original to clash of clans would be nice. It would look cool if u could view your base from different angles. Any opinions?

Sounds cool. Or like a birds-eye-view mode, aerial mode especially during replays. It'll help us understand dragon / pekka / Hero AI better.

Would be pretty cool I admit but I don't think it'd suit the game. Would make it too much like RPG in a way and it would probably make the game a lot bigger memory wise.

I agree it's cool, but I think it might cause some interfacial lag, given 3D isn't really easy to do in programing

I like the idea, but it might get a little laggy sometimes.

True clash would pry be very laggy but if this option was added but it would be pretty cool with minimal lag. Besides that it might help with fixing your base just so you could see from a different angle to see your weak areas. Or it could just possibly help with moving items around like say U had to move something by too many other objects you could swivel around your base towards that area to help U move it better.

Maybe have a separate app/program for CoC 3D? Wouldn't exactly be for all devices, but could be doable. The models they use for the sprites are already 3D renders.

Only issue is that they make the models with the main goal to help with fixed point-of-view isometric sprite generating. 3D animation and all around, 360° graphic engine renders for clients would take quite a bit of work to port over. If you look carefully, you can see some items could, or actually have, parts missing from behind! Level 11 Elixir storage for example is one of them.
