I want to update the effectiveness.

Hello? I am korean user of Clash of clan.
So my English will not good but please understand my English (:D)

I want to add the concept of efficiency in this game. This will can upgrade craftsman's home and it will make shorter the upgrade time (like one upgrade=1%~10shorter)
And I want this craftsman house upgrade can do more then Town Hall LV.4.
How was it? Does it good??
