Was trying to do a nice thing...

Since it is Christmas, I thought I would do a nice thing. I left my nearly full gold, elixer and dark elixer storages to the side of my base, unprotected. The attacker took 350k gold, 350k elixer and 3.5k dark elixer with ease but to my surprise, didn't stop there. He found where all my traps were layed and set off the majority then lured out my cc troops, killed them and ended the raid. I gave the attacker a lot of free loot and he thanks me by setting of all the traps and killing my cc, I don't understand...

Some people just don't care about setting off your traps and killing your CC troops for no reason, whether or not you're giving away free gold, elixir and dark elixir. It's understandable as this is, after all, just a game, but I agree that was a pretty cruel thing to do after taking that much loot. :( Hopefully he gave you a shield as well. :rolleyes:

I know you are trying to be nice as it is Christmas but...

There us always going to be ungrateful people like that out there. If I were you I would just put your base back together

They can do that, so don't give out free loot. Also, put your traps more in the center of your base, and centralize your clan castle.

Nope :/ my townhall was open next to all my loot but he didn't touch that or get 50%.

Yah i did something similar and you know i even wrote charity.. and they went for it all.

Many people have no manners.

I blame children imaging they are 'trolling' without any appreciation of the nuances. They think that simply acting like a little brat makes them trolls.
