i wrote the same thing yesterday with the same arguement. When i did my legos i didnt have over 1,2m of gold or elixir except for when the archer tower update came. So i do hope they would change it up to lv10 for the economy;)

There is nothing whine about it at all, it is an opinion on how to properly boost the elixir economy; which is SuperCell intention by restricting the amount of walls that elixir can build.
Im confused...they said LVL 9 or higher....meaning you already need lvl 9?
Because I can still use Elix to upgrade walls from 8 to 9.
