With this new update, nothing new to th9 bases..only for th7,8 and 10, so Supercell forgot to improve th9's?
what im saying is that in th8 we can put pekka3 and dragon 3, and in th9 no update for these troops?
And in th10 we can improve 2 levels of pekka..
Supercell had to fix this..
And another question, for when the level 5 dragons? :p

Maybe supercell thought th9 didn't need anything and they probably have a very good reason for no upgrade for them troops...
th9 is the TH that have fewer troops to evolve, what about that
Maybe for the pekka but dragons 4 shouldn't unlock at th9. Too OP at that level

Th8 has the söme of the worst upgrades, no new defences introduced, no new army camps uphrades, no new spells introduced. Th8's needed to be improved and that's wat they didQuote:
