The amount of loot offered to your attackers varies depending on the attackers town hall level... I like the idea of being able to hide the build status of buildings if you choose to it gets annoying sometimes when trying to move things around kr spot other things close by to that building
Yes, but even just seeing 100% without worrying about penalties is useful.
