I'm going to be dumping it on my PEKKA, then my DE storage, then the new collectors, and finally, a constant mass drag army every night.
put it next to your exposed th. I will gladly steal it and leave.

If you want to dump elixir, move you elixir storages outside your walls. Great way to get 200+ trophies in a few hours too, assuming your TH is inside.
