The maidens as far as I can tell do nothing. The builders on the other hand are very well compensated. First off they have to be lured to your village by giving them the most valuable resource in the land.

Then they require a huge payments in resources to upgrade most things. Heck, for walls which are collectively the most expensive items in the game, they work for all 1 second. Don't even try to tell me a single wall requires more resources to upgrade than an entire TH.

We're the slaves. We toil for hours just to sc♥♥♥♥ together enough resources to hand to those jerks.

We also kinda need the man power back.... Maybe we shouldn't of killed them so soon. Should of left them to catch the CoC version of flu and die off.

Now look, I believe in fair compensation. However, let's face it, builders have a monopoly on what they do and they exploit it for all they can. In some cases demanding nearly all the resources we can possibly store. For some reason, though, they always make sure to leave us with at least 1000 gold or elixir. Probably just to mock us.

I'd execute the whole lot of them if I could, but then I'd just have shell out more gems to attract more of them to upgrade my buildings.

They've got me right where they want me, and they know it.
