Should There Be a Run Rule" in Clan Wars?
Okay, so I am in Kings Dungeon and we find ourselves facing a lot of clans who simply give up or "surrender" (as I'm sure many other top notch war clans do). BORING RIGHT? Well me and my clan mates were chattin' it up about how it sucked that we had to wait 24 hours to start another war when the other clan wasn't even attempting to fight back. A couple guys were like, "Oh their should be a surrender button so that they don't have to fight us if they don't want to." Well that is a good idea, but it might ruin the game because top notch war clans might never get a matchup who wants to war with them. It would just be like hitting "next base" on multiplayer.
That is when I sparked the idea of having a Clan War "Run Rule" so to say, and everybody loved it. The basis of the idea is just like when you were playing little league baseball as a kid. You have to get up a certain number of runs, and it only works after a certain number of innings. This translate perfectly to clan wars - you get up a certain number of stars after a certain number of hours. Let me give you my opinion of what the numbers should be. If you like them let me know, but of course they can change according to the majority opinion.
CLAN WAR RUN RULE:
-Clan war ends if the winning clan is up by 66.67% (2/3) of total stars capable (tsc), after 12 hours.
-Clan war ends if the winning clan is up by only 50% (1/2) of tsc, after 16 hours.
I'll explain this a little better for you dummies out there.

-winning clan must be up by 20 stars after 12 hours
-winning clan must be up by 15 stars after 16 hours
-15v15-
-45 tsc
-winning clan must be up by 30 stars after 12 hours
-winning clan must be up by 23 stars after 16 hours (always round up)
-20v20-
-60 tsc
-winning clan must be up by 40 stars after 12 hours
-winning clan must be up by 30 stars after 16 hours
-25v25-
-75 tsc
-winning clan must be up by 50 stars after 12 hours
-winning clan must be up by 38 stars after 16 hours
-30v30-
-90tsc
-winning clan must be up by 60 stars after 12 hours
-winning clan must be up by 45 stars after 16 hours
-35v35-
-105 tsc
-winning clan must be up by 70 stars after 12 hours
-winning clan must be up by 53 stars after 16 hours
-40v40-
-120 tsc
-winning clan must be up by 80 stars after 12 hours
-winning clan must be up by 60 stars after 16 hours
-45v45-
-135 tsc
-winning clan must be up by 90 stars after 12 hours
-winning clan must be up by 68 stars after 16 hours
-50v50-
-150 tsc
-winning clan must be up by 100 stars after 12 hours
-winning clan must be up by 75 stars after 16 hours
*Please keep in mind that these numbers are high because we don't want to punish clans for trying to compete. The point is to punish clans for giving up.
So there you go! I cannot think of any negatives to this update other then a small number of clan mates not being able to get attacks in for loot as a result of the early ending of battle. But hey, I'm sure SC can figure it out;)
