help about transition between th 7 and th 8?

Okay I need to got last decission. My cureent base is maxxed. Even traps, everything.

What is not maxxed ?

- I level current new elixir drill already to level 2. Have loot for level 3

- my collectors are level 7-8 ( I play 70 days)

- my walls are maxxed.

- my king is level 3 ( need 37500 de I think to max to lvl 5)

- minion level 2 ( max ) and dont use them

- hogs level 1 ( need 20000 de for level 2)

- current DE is 9000 de

- current loot 4 000 000 / 4 000 000

What is bothering me?

1. Hard find DE. Must to make expensive army and be on gold 3/2 to take something.

2. Bcs my loot search is Very but very bad ! I cant last 2 week to find nothing expcet poor th6 bases in silver 2

So I have few question. I have free workers.Options are:

1. To forget to max king/hogs/collectors and move on th 8?

2. To upgrade collectors and still wake for DE bcs we now got drill. I already upgrade to level 2 and I can easy to level 3 for 1d12h. T wait?!

3. Collectors will take me 3-4 weeks and I dont have what to do. To upgrade them and forget about loot which I have now ?

4. To forget about collectors, king 4-5/hogs lvl 2 and move to th8?

Problem is bcs I really hard find loot in any league. Almost imposible to use barch, bcs dont seen collectors 2 weeks... silver 3-gold 2... so also need advice if I decide to finally move on th8, which army composition to make ?!

I used giants/2 healers/archers. Bcs barch dont help bcs I cant find full colectors.

So wha you will do on my place ? Go to th8 and still wait ? I AM BORED. But if I now dont upgrade king to 5 ( now is 3) and hogs to 2 and collectors, later will be hard.

So I have 8 000 000 combined which I save every day. Bcs play so much. But still not close to max collectors, have bad loot finding luck and still need lot of DE to upgrade king/hogs. What you will do ? Wait bcs now have drill (will be level 3 so 1000 de per day) or move to th8?


Also what is best trophey range and army composition when just begin th 8? Where to find loot, bcs no more th6, and hard find loot on th7.
I am pretty sure that giant/healers/archers dont work with level 4 troops + now all have 2-4 air defence. What you will use on my place for farming ?

On wars I used dragons/hogs. Got 3 stars everytime but cost me so much.

And so much people attack me bcs of loot which I have.

Best strat for DE farming is to move up to higher leagues if you can. DE is overflowing from what i hear in Crystal and even High Gold. Silver is Th6 and low 7 territory, minus the low league Farmers. You can forget the collectors for now, and do them when you have time and an extra builder with nothing to do. honestly, DE is easier to farm at Th8, especially with two level 3 drills and new levels for troops and a higher ability to raid Th9s and th8s. I left th7 prematurely during the one gem week boost and haven't regretted it.

go to TH8. the jump from 7 to 8 is pretty big and you can use your new better troops for better raids. go to 8 and upgrade troops and army camps and then raid for your resources. DE is easier to find in 8 as well.

And most important question. When I reach th8 where to start to farm bcs will need time to make barch/giants to lvl 5 ? So still some time will use level 5 troops. Loot is baddddd. My opinion. So really need advice from some th8 beginner.

Yep. camps upgrade at 9 for us. For a fresh th8, Silver 2-Gold 3 should work for you

Okay time to go on th8. Tnx for advices.

SC keeps expanding their game, but not diminishing requirements to level a base. As time goes, things will take longer to build, and require more resources. With this being said, Thinking about TH8 --> TH9 is worse, than TH7 --> Th8; rendering me useless to care about your issue. Also I would like to sum up cook times are long; I'm forced to Barch for efficiency(Farming)... Which believe me it will get old by TH8, and can you only image TH9? Anyway, I've said enough, can a TH: 9 or 10 comment further on the issue. :rolleyes:

by the time you are th9, you should be loonion-ing or even lava loonion-ing for farming. Th8 ,but i switch between Gi-healer, Loonion and Barch for different purposes and leagues.

Depends if i boost or not. gi-healer for me cooks in 10 minutes with a 2 minute search time. loonion by far takes the longest only because spells are almost mandatory (about 1 hr 45 minute no boost, approx 20 minutes with boost) Barching, as soon as i finish raiding, im basically ready to go again. All of these are 50% winnable and get me trophies. Don't really trophy push much, more of a causal farmer
