Should I update to TH 9??

Hello guys... this is my first post in this forum..
The question I am about to ask is if I should update my TH to 9 to get the ballons to level 6 and raid Baloonion like crazy...
The only defensive structures left to update are the teslas.. 2 are updating to level 5 and i will update the level 4 right now..

Of course the collectors are underdeveloped bur i just dont care for then, I am a very active player and raid like hell..
