When looking for a village to attack, the " next" button will be tapped very often, before finding a match.
Sometimes one is too fast in tapping "next".
New feature suggestion: add a "back" button that lets you go back one village in the match finding process.
This may cost extra gold.
Also only one step back suffices.
And the option could work only for a short limited time, i.e. 2sec.
I doubt they will add this. It wrecks the competition in the game. It's just not needed.
Don't see how this wrecks anything.
I want to address the situation where I've already been tapping Next for some minutes - then suddenly I see a perfect match appearing but my muscle memory already triggered the finger and I've hit Next again.
That leaves me frustrated and makes me leave the game. And we don't want that, do we? 😁
1) be moe careful
2) the system would have to store it for that chance you might press back
3) what would the UI look like?
4) convince me that this is even worth suggesting
If you were really frustrated your body will subconsciously not do it again, so you obviously don't care enough :rolleyes:

*Auto reset/repurchase traps if you win a defense (shield didn’t activate, still attackable)
*Add a small chance to “Steal/Win/Replace” spells on an attack victory (suggest 3-star only)
*Back button in matchmaking for accidental “Next” clicks – Perhaps cost double fee to return
*Deactivate spell selection after casting to avoid multiple mis-casts, make user re-select if wanted
*Add a 1-2 second spell casting cooldown to prevent unwanted multiple mis-casts

Two problems arise: what if you Internet is slow and the searching takes longer than 2 seconds, then the person will come online and complain.
And the other is the problem you suggested, what will happen to the next button.
If you click back, then the server has to find that base and send it to you. What if that back is in mistake? You click next. Does that mean that base has to be saved too?

simplified:
If implemented, server finds base 1, you click next.
server stores base 1 finds base 2.
you click back
server sends you base 1 [saves base 2]
You click next
server sends you a new base 3 [sends you base 2]
you click back
server sends you base 1
You click next
server sends you base 4 [sends you base 2]
Obviously this will be a loop if anyone attempts it. This is problematic .
The real reason I don't care about this suggestion too much is that I lack so much attention skill that at one point I often enter a phase where I just click next without absorbing any detail whatsoever. (may have skipped an easy base many many times, but don't know)
