Troop level interface: Stars or numbers?

You've got some interesting ideas there. I've definitely got issues with the "box" in the background, so as long as it's gone or there's some option to choose another interface I'd be elated. Roman numerals can be a great alternative too imo. Nevertheless, a toggle key would keep both star and number lovers happy, and if they can add roman numerals as you suggested, everyone (hopefully) will be satisfied :cool:

I completely agree. I really liked the stars, and as I mentioned earlier, looking at a row of them does give me some degree of satisfaction haha.. :p Despite the improved function of using numbers, I get really irked by the awkwardness of the look and misalignment issues etc. It's almost like it was just included as an afterthought if you get what I mean.
