they removed it because it hurt the economy a lot. people keep dumping resources then sleep.and everyone does it..
then you are also complaining there is no loot.
dont you think you already have a huge advantage having a drill in th7.
i did grind a lot just to get that bk at a very early stage in th7
and the huge spenders for this game are the top players which is th10s, they are the priority..
Was seriously bummed to see I can't finish out my walls with elixer. Had a really nice pace going too.
yeah the drill is cool, but I can get way more de from raids than it can bring in.
I did not see any loot issues. I was able to find bases with tons of loot no problem. But I'm only a th7 and apparently not important as a consumer.
Why is this in the Clan Wars forum?
Well it didn't hurt the economy for the lower level TH players. As you pointed out, it upset a lot of the 'huge spenders' because when they went around attacking players 2 TH levels below them, it was no longer lucrative. In order for them to make any money they'd have to challenge people at their own level. Much more challenging compared to picking on someone their own level.
Unhappy big spenders = less $ for Supercell. Typical IAP company. Trying to fix things that are minuscule in the grand scheme of things when there are so many other things that require fixing. But I guess less money in my pocket would be a big deal too. I'll be damned if I'm going to put money into a game that doesn't benefit me as much as all the big fish.
Arrg... Sorry. In an effort to maintain honesty, I need to correct my statement. The word routinely is the wrong word. Being attacked by TH10s occurs about 1 in 5 attacks, but still, it shouldn't be happening. Clearly the penalty for attacking one so low are not severe enough to deter all.
