Level 12 collectors' main purpose is to increase overall production of resources in the game. But if players will not upgrade them, then they're just for nothing.

I dont waste the build time on collectors and mines. Your base is my collector.
Not me. I quit playing COC a few months back and I refuse to make it easier for you lot. I won't build my second DE drill and I won't upgrade my collectors (TH8). I also won't login so I remain right at the back of the queue!
