New clan looking to Exceed! *Rusty Spoons*

We are Rusty Spoons. #9LYOU9VR. New clan that has experience with everything clash. We are a farming clan as in we expect you to move up as far as you can go, but also war, so we expect you to participate as well as do well with your attacks. War is twice a week, days to be determined until we have a few more players so we can agree on days.
Donations are the usual. We try and donate what the person is seeking, however we donate archers/wizards more frequently. We will answer any questions anyone may have, and if we happen to now know, we will help you find out.
We are currently all adults, we have nothing against younger players, as long as they are mature and respect everyone, as well as accept some criticism. But we would like to keep it a more adult clan just for the sake of less drama.
Requirements:
TH Level - 6+ - This lets us know you have been playing for a little bit and understand the game.
Player Level - 30+ - This is so we know your TH was not rushed and that you try and play frequently.
Absolutely MUST be open to criticism to your base or the way you attack or the troops you use. This goes for all members including new ones asking the leader or co's. We are all open to criticism.
Rules:
Must be active. This is crucial. If you are not on often enough or just for wars, we will ask you to be more active, otherwise we will find someone else that can.
Donating. We are not currently putting a requirement on donations, IE: 2-1 ratio. But we will go to each person if they are not donating enough to compensate their receives. This rule may change to a strict donation ratio at any point.
Must be Mature.
Elder is earned.
