Since updating, I can only be in CoC for about a minute before getting the new "Lost Connection" wifi icon. Having no problem with any other apps. iPad and two laptops all showing strong wifi signal. Restarted router just in case but it didn't help. Very frustrating.

Having the same issue. Been trying to create a new base layout but keep losing them.
Try restarting your device. Whenever I have an issue like that, a restart fixes it for me.
I upgraded iOS to 8.1.2 and the connection seem to be gone. I tend to think that it had more to do with the associated restart as jawest78 suggested than with the upgrade itself, but there's no way to tell for sure. Thanks for the suggestion. I should have known to try that from the start.Quote:
