Leader should have give the right to select which member to join clan war .Because it will be much more convenient for those inactive member but need stay in clan, so that they no need to leave the clan in order to prevent joining clan war.This will also good for leader to choose whether start a 10/15.... people war .
Hopefully this feature will be released in the future update;)
