I need your help!

Hello. I have a maxed out town hall 8 base that is 4 days away from being town hall 9. I play on my iphone and android tablet. Long story short, my tablet got broke so now i can only play on my iphone. I have tried numerous times to put my gamecenter on my new Ipad but it always ask if i want to link my townhall 3 account. I DONT!! Yet everytime i sign in on my phone it says (Welcome back (GC NAME)). All my achievements for this townhall 8 account are on my gamecenter yet the account never pops up when i go to link it to my New IPAD. Anyone know how to fix this?
