Great update SC! I need advice from TH 9s and 10s

Alright so I usually like to discuss with people that are close to where I am at, when a major update is about to come out.

With that being said, in 9 days I will have a DEFENSIVE max Town Hall 9. My last air defense will be finished along with all traps.

This will leave me with misc elixir upgrades such as barracks, dark storage, and one dark pump to L6. Which I honestly don't need ATM.

This leaves me with the decision of upgrading walls.
I love walls and I love the grind that comes with the upgrades.
However, after this update the pressure is on to upgrade to TH 10. (Who doesn't want L6 wiz and L7 giants)

Defensively in wars, my war base is nearly 2 star proof. (Not saying it is but I haven't changed a thing in about 20 wars, and it hasn't been 2 starred) So I am not really worried about getting infernos etc, I could wait on those.

So all in all, finish off legos at TH 9, or make the jump for L7 G-burgers and L6 Wiz?

Im sorry what level are your walls?

Personally I am maxing everything including lvl 10 walls (almost finished lvl 9). but I would recommend lvl 9 with a core of 10. Btw make sure your heroes are 20 &22.

Id say finish Legos and upgrade ur heros in the meanwhile.
I finished about half of the Legos in only a couple of weeks so it actually doesn't take too long

Yeah I've been putting off heros cause its tough not having them in wars. Ill start doing them then, I'm considering sticking at th 9 til my legos are done 190 to go!

i've profited immensely from th10 bases that were rushed, but that is one scary th9 base i would rather not raid lol.

Im th10, lv131 w bk25/aq23, full legos w some lavas.

I would suggest doing lv20 heroes at th9 and at least legos too while you are at it.

Once you hit th10 you have so much to do that you wont have much time to do walls or heroes (assuming you want max golem/min etc).

Also from experience i can tell you that you will need to farm at master3 at the very least if you want good loot. Thats where lv20 heroes come in handy.

Ignore the bad loot threads, its mostly people with no th10 experience repeating what they read or th10s trying to find loot on gold/crystal leagues.

Loot is perfectly fine at th10 unless you try farming at the baby leagues. I made the mistake of staying at th9 way too long...every other thread here saying loot is terrible made me not want to go to th10 earlier. I definitely regret it, wasted 6 months for nothing.

I'd suggest upping the drill and getting heros up as well. Being that your walls are at the point that you can upgrade with elixir the extra elixir you can get from th8 that can't spend it on walls will make them go much quicker than if you try to do them at th10. Just my 2 cents. Loot isn't as bad at th10 as some say, but easier to get at th9 for sure.

Agree with the guys above, made a mistake in not upgrading my heros when I was at TH9. Though my walls are pretty okay before I went to TH10, around 80 legos. DE is easy in TH10. Farm in master 3 or 2. You get an additional 100K every win plus 500 DE. Not bad at all.

personally I think that walls are a big waste of time. I would go with the de dril but at then end of the day it's your call

Get those walls up asap and heroes, especially the queen! I have max hero and 150 lavas now, still feel no need to rush.

On the side, I think your clan hasnt been in a serious war thou. My base got trashed quite often, even 3* in war. Honestly, if you use similar layout in war, I have pretty good chance to 3* that design, as a fellow th9 :o

I would suggesting getting your heros up to 20 and finishing your legos first. You won't be spending much time at all on walls for a long time. Also easy way to do heros is one at a time that way you always have one for wars and raiding and one always upgrading.
