Was wondering if level 12 collectors will make loot worse before better or not?
How could it make it worse?
In the beginning it might slow down a little, but i am sure we will get the 1 gem boost near Christmas which will help ma lot, but loot will pick up gradually, i am sure. 😊

Because it takes about a month before a person with an upgraded collector starts to see any additional loot.
For example upgrading from a level 10 to 11 gold mine takes 4 days. During the upgrade period the collector produces nothing. After which it starts to produce 3000 g/h instead of 2500 g/h.
4 days of level 10 collector loot is: 4 days X 24 hours/day X 2500 g/hour = 240k gold lost.
Now the difference between the old collector and the new collector rate is 500 g/h. That means you have to wait 240k/500 = 480 hours = 20 days before you actually end up with more gold than you would've had, had you not upgraded it.
.....but it will get much better after a month and a half or so
mathematically it should but if you think about it then you will realize that with less initial loot upgrades will take longer to save up for, therefore resulting in less buying, so more loot will be not spent, so it will be available
it will probably be worse the first few days though while people are upgrading them
while everyone is upgrading them it will probably get worse... however with the changes to elixer for walls we should see more elixer after the update.
after a few weeks it should be better. Does anyone know the exact stats of the new collectors/mines?
Actually, loot will not get much worse early on as only the active players will be upgrading them and you really aren't collecting their collectors anyway. Most loot will still come from abandoned bases.
It'll take a year to get any better, though. That will be when some of the people will level 12 collectors start to leave the game and become "economy-feeding" bases
