agreed. I will do it in an effort to stop people from taking everything. I intentionally pushed to get all of my elixir upgrades done on my TH 8 account cause I knew I could use the elixir on walls. It's going to really suck. Might have to upgrade a bit early and become a ♥♥♥♥ty th 9 just so I stand a chance...
