We have drawn 4 opponents in a row now 25v25, or 20v20 that have been all Chinese clans, and with stats like 80+ war wins its obvious we are going to get modded to death before the war even starts. Then, "shockingly" we see attacks where troops are dropped to set offsprings, one loon is dropped to pop air bombs, or the troop composition is so strange that you know its the result of "practicing" that raid many times.
Good stuff ....
We start the war search when it is 3am in China, and suddenly this problem has gone away for us...
Why don't u stop crying bc u suck? Mod or no mod u prob lost bc u didnt put up stars. Ton of noobs pay to mod and waste money on these mod things who cares just goho them and call it a day bam 3 stars every base

Yeah, the problem is really bad. I've given up asking and petitioning SC to fix the issue. Agreed, the Asian clans have been the most frequent violators in my opinion. As your clan gains experiences and levels up...you will be facing tougher opponents. The tougher and more experienced the opponent, the more likely you will see people do this.
(Just playing devil's advocate now, but...) I will have to say, if a base has already been attacked (scouted)...then traps are triggered on 2nd attack nothing is wrong here. Also, if there are obvious locations for giant bombs and teslas, then its a faulty base design and you shouldn't make it so obvious.

I have just wrote an email to Supercell to ask them if they could come up with a workaround before they have an actual solution, like removing the 30-sec timer and add a warning message before the actual attack. Of course this might not be the best idea but I think coming up with ideas like that is easier than blocking the tools altogether. I also think more people have to speak up. As a competitive clan war participant I'm quite frustrated by this.
I agree, the whole sense of Chinese "fairness" makes me sick as well. However, that aside, the last opponents we have faced have been "All Chinese". The phrase is even in their clan description. We have faced other clans that have clearly modded as well, but at least they try and be discrete about the process, staying ahead by a star or two the entire war. These Chinese clans are very blatant, no attacks coming for the first few hours (while they are mock raiding) then a series of all perfect attacks, with amazing "guesses" as to where traps are or what troop combos will prevail for 2-3 stars.Quote:

This is sandboxing and uses a third party app, the people who use it don't even click attack when they want to practice on a base, they just hit scout. While I agree there are many non-Chinese clans use this method as well, and it's wrong to assume a clan uses such method simply because they are Chinese, but there are probably some truth behind this stereotype.
First of all, this game is considered popular in China, so they(we) take up a good portion of the player base.
Secondly, the norm on Chinese forums seem to be more tolerable to said tools than on here. I have read debates regarding the legitimacy of using these tools and a vast majority of the posters support the tool side. Some clans who are competitive in clan wars publicly acknowledged they don't accept anyone who doesn't use these tools. And some forum members publicly acknowledged they purposely avoid facing clans from their own country "for the reason we already know". The social norm affects other members on the forum, combining with previous reason, it is no surprise to me to get the impression that we face Chinese violators more frequently.

When you see them set off all out side traps with a single unit before attacking on a base that is your own design and hasn't been attacked before you can say beyond reasonable doubt that they are using that program. Also youre right its not just chinese clans, others use it too but its mainly Chinese clans (not saying all Chinese clans use it) as the the app is originally Chinese and was created by Chinese people. Just go look on the Chinese forums they openly talk about using it.Quote:
