Yeah... But if townhall 9 is superior to townhall 8's as you just mentioned, it cant be returning, because it's always been there.

Since i can bully 8 other th levels below me which is the big majority of the players i think i will keep playing and let my rage from getting bullied out by bullying someone else.

I think what the OP means is that right now, a TH10's farming army can't bully even a mid level upgraded TH9. THAT'S true isn't it? An army of L6/L7 barch, maybe plus a few wallbreakers and L6 giants for a TH10 can't take down just any TH9 easily right? The TH10 has to build a real army. Also TH10s only recently got level seven barch and it hasn't improved TH10 farming. Even now a decent TH9 with L2 X-bows can fend off just about any TH10 'farming' army. The OP is lamenting that he'll be punked by TH10 farming armies.
