There are so few th10s though relatively. I haven't even been attacked by one yet in my time as th9.
The town hall that really loses out is 8. They were already completely defenseless against level 6 giants, now they're going to have more elixir and more collector loot around to grab. Th8 is the b town hall that gives and gives and gives, and basically has the same offense as a th7 still to try to grab their loot.
Edit: Almost forgot, more dark elixir too, bwahahaha!
