War Win Tax Payout For Week

We Know old times if king dominates a region he collects taxes from people living on that region as per their earning .

Like wise When our clan Wins a War ,
The bases we have 100% destroyed in that war will pay out us 10 % of every loot that dominated player makes for a week.
The following conditions should be applied on this feature ..

1. Only the first person who have destroyed a base 100% in war map will be able to collect tax from that base .

2. The tax payout will remain only for a week .

3. 10% Tax will automatically transferred to the dominators account after every loot the dominated makes .

4. Only 10% of the loot will be deducted from dominated player no matter how many wars its clan looses within a week . But the dominators will get full 10%loot from that player .

Please support my new idea I don't think any one would have suggested this before.
It will benifit all of us and mostly who don't get much time to play the game .

How will it benefit all of us 10%? Okay sorry but if I gain 2-3m a week that's 200k I lose if some one 3 stars me. Wars would be much more rare as players wouldn't want to risk losing that. Plus if I get 6 stars that's 400k in 1 week you already get war loot WAR LOOT that's your reward for getting 3 stars not 20% if you don't like the loot your getting get a new clan with higher th members.

HECK NO.

A- It's unfair to players in timezones different from their clan members, as they're unlikely to ever get a chance
B- It'll encourage hitting low players
C- Taking loot from a player for a week after raiding them once.......lol nope
D- The war matchup system already has enough complaints, running the risk of losing all that extra loot makes it even worse
E- You can get a ton of loot without actually needing to win the war
F- Pointless against clans that attack once a week or less
G- Encourages leaving 50% exposed and/or TH exposed to prevent a 3-star (such as all walls around a block of CC, infernos, xbows, and heroes)
H- Why???????

No. Taxing the members of a clan will never be a thing. although we are a clan, we earn what we raid and thus should be able to keep it. Also, you already beat them, what would benefit from them bowing to you? it will only hurt the game's economy in th long run.

I don't see SC even looking at this. Sorry maybe request more war loot from them.
