Dark elixir drill

Since th7 is getting the new dark elixir drill. And th8 is getting a second dark elixir drill, th9 should also get a dark elixir drill.

and 10 also
so it would be:

7 - 1
8 - 2
9 - 3
10 - 4

th9 will get a drill. In fact two of them.

The reason TH9 doesn't need a third drill post-update is because it has access to L6 Drills, which produce DE more than twice as quickly as L3, and take significantly longer to fill up. Although I wouldn't complain if I did get one :rolleyes:
