The update regarding dark troop usage now

So everyone gets a free pass from here on out while the rest of those, who didn't gem it, struggle? That is slightly unfair there, plus I think that SC, while it's making it enjoyable for other players, is losing money. Which is interesting since previous updates, and future updates, seem focused on making money. But oh well.

There would be much more easily farmable DE at TH8, but they aren't the walls to compensate, are they? So you're own DE will be vulnerable, or you'll trade something out. Unless, they're giving more walls to compensate, by which case, that complaint is irrelevant.

I hope they attack with the Hogs.... Hogs are ineffective now unless there is an advanced operator.
Only thing they're good for is Bacon. Mhhmmm Bacon....

Yes, but we're talking about level 1 hogs, maybe level 2. Not much of a threat, especially, as you said in the OP, the increase of hog raids. I know when I first tried out a few hogs raids I was terrible. Bad spell placement (I went rage, I know, it was stupid) instead of heal spells.

Plus you forget about the spring traps, Barb King, CC troops, and regular bombs. If the rate of fire is being increased for archers, I think that might do a little bit to counter. Remember, the hogs don't turn around and attack the CC troops or the Barb King. I think we'll have an advantage there. So keep your CC packed I guess.

Finally, you forget, there are things called "anti-hog" or close to anti hog bases so that'll help a little bit.

It used to be incentive to use dark troops since they are very powerful, now if everyone from 7 and up has much better access to dark elixir, is no incentive to use em. This could be possibly dark troop farming overkill.

As DE is the ressource to upgrade Heros, and Heros are the Key to "win", i'd never understand
farming with dark troupes, it's a non sense for me, ouarfff !

What about poor golems and lava hounds? Or witches? I always thought they were pretty helpful.

I saw a lot of player, trying to farm with pigs, and actually with LavaLoonions...
.. Yupp, every one can play like he want, but in case of farming, using DE to Farm
is a non sense for me, only for me, hmpf... ;)

There is no maybe. Lvl4 barch will 100% any TH6 (unless you are completely rubbish at barch).

This is the winner! If people use dark troops to farm then more fool them. They should be using it primarily for the Barb King because heroes take longer to upgrade than all the troops and buildings in the game. Now that TH7 have got a headstart compared to previous CoC generations they would be stupid to throw that advantage away using the DE to farm with.

Stop complain about th 7 ! I got level 3 king before update and maxxed base. Yes you previous generations have much more luck. Lot of inactive players, easy go to Master with th shooting and try this today. No loot, no inactivities, even skilled players hard go to master or dont go.

You dont take your King easier when we got today. Wish I play before when eevery second next next was 400 000+ loot.

Yup! I've been attacked by a TH9 who had issues. I reckon he might've been trophy farming, but he didn't use all his troops...Oh well. Anyway, took about 400k + 400ish DE. Pretty successful raid for him. I got three starred. Darn queen ruin everything.

Plus for those who actually took the time to farm for the upgrades for minions and hogs and for BK, it's not fair.
