I was wondering what everyone would think about a level 5 dragon? I assume they won't stay level 4 forever but do you think allowing them to upgrade to level 5 would be too OP? Would a new AD or air trap be needed? Let me know what you think!

We have level 5 PEKKAs. You would expect level 5 dragons first. I don't think any new air defense upgrades and air traps are needed
Level 4 drags aren't that great in higher levels, so level 5s would definitely improve gameplay
If lvl 4 dragons aren't good in higher gameplay it means you people need to change strategy. Then not use Dragons.
I have a thread about L5 Dragons in my signature. It has much more detail than this one, I suggest you give it a read and tell me what you think :)
