Wizard and balloon production times reduced

Wizards still cost more time, time per army camp space taken is all that matters when considering training an army.

Dragon

30 min / 20 space = 1.5 min per space

Golem

45 min / 30 space = 1.5 min per space

PEKKA

45 min / 25 space = 1.8 min per space

Wizard

10 min / 4 space = 2.5 min per space

I'd be fine with Wizards being on par with the three above because of their power, but at present they are far and away the costliest troops time-wise.

I think wizards are ok but I don't like the baloon timing I only make them now if someone ask for them which no one does

​I would use wizards a lot more if they trained in 2:00-3:00 minutes. I just feel that 10:00 minutes is too much time for wizards because they can't take much damage.

This is EXACTLY why they take 10 mins. If they took 2-3 mins everyone would use them...too much.

Learn how to use the healer better...

Just spread them out in your barracks during training. 20 mins for 8 wizs is not to much time.

I would love if they were just 5 mins or less :)

I think reducing wizzard times could be a really good thing because right now the time per capacity it's not even worth waiting for
