With th10s getting a lvl 5 pekka it makes sense. It will come, but not soon enough.

It is not a decision of if you "should be" attacking as much as if you're capable. In this game anyone is free to attack anyone.

If you want TH10 toys, upgrade to TH10.

What's holding you back from upgrading?

So the SC practice is whenever a new higher level of troops is introduced, there is always a "consideration" to adjust the TH reqs for the lower version of the said troops, as well as the prices in upgrading it.

Th 9 does get max balloon, witch, valkyrie and hog. Also level 4 golem. It isn't like PEKKA is the only option available.

All you th9s can't handle so much power :p

dont worry, we're gonna have to upgrade our pumps/mines pretty soon!

This is along overrun topic but I never did understand why lvl 4 wasn't available for th9. Especially with lvl 5's out now
