Should i upgrade all walls to Level 8 before moving to th9

Well, try to get atleast 50 skull just for your core.

Farm skulls hard before the update then move to TH9.

Skull walls are expected to only be upgradable with Gold after the patch, so take advantage of the ability to use elixir while it is there.
