Clan war challenge

Would it be possible to add a clan war challenge button. Everyone on this game has buddies that have left their clan for whatever reason or moved to another clan or that are in another clan to which they are loyal. I think it would increase excitement if you could offer a challenge war to them every so often just for bragging rights on who has the best clan. It would even be good for bigger clans who have feeder clans to go to war with their own guys and see who needs to be moved up to the main war clan. Just an idea from a little guy.

Whilst I generally like the idea of being able to challenge who we want in clan wars, it would be abused if it wasn't moderated. Where's the fun in a war where everyone is level 90+ versus a clan which has no one above level 70, for example?

What I would do is have it so that you have a clan league like you have a league for your trophies. You can challenge clans within your league or just go about it the same way as now.

In the case of lvl90's vs lvl 70's the smaller clan could deny the challenge. I agree that it could be abused, that's why I would like to be able to challenge my friends in other clans like once a month or so. I think it would be more fun. Maybe instead of giving war loot to keep it from being abused only give out a bragging rights trophy to the winning clan. Then the next month or whenever you can have a rematch. Similar to rival games in college football.

the abuse would be war fixing eg. start a war top guy leave townhall out to be sniped all the other clan can then snipe the townhall and collect war bonus. first clan agrees not to attack (if friends ;) )

Where's the fun for the guys in your clan who aren't friends with your friends? They probably don't want to war with your friends on a monthly basis, they might get fed up of it and leave - as a worst case scenario.

Let's say you're in a clan of 50 - for arguments sake let's assume that every one of them has friends in the game who they would like to war against. Straightaway that's over 3 months of war just allowing them to war their friends. If they get bored of waiting to war their friends they might leave and this could start a domino effect.

I can't speak for others but I would not be pleased to war against someone's friend on a regular basis nor if all I got for my efforts was a 'bragging rights' trophy.
