Pink Fortress - DE Protection Base

Hello, everyone. Before I begin, I just want to say that this is the first time I have ever tried to design an actual base in this game. I've been using copied designs I've seen over the forums and my most recent base was the Mantis. Although, I've noticed that it's become too common and everyone already knows how to defeat the base 'cause they already know where the traps are located and stuff.

So this is what I've come up experimenting with a design.

The Pink Fortress.

Okay, the name isn't exactly the most creative one but whatever.

So to begin with, my goal here is to protect the Dark Elixir Storage by placing it in the middle of the base. Also, the south side was supposed to look weaker when it's actually stronger than the other sides.

Pros

• Dark Elixir is protected.
• Mortars evenly spread out. I don't know if that's a good thing or not but I've found spreading them out works better so that they cover more ground.
• Wizard Towers are placed so that the funnels are in range of them.
• Traps are placed so that most if not all of them will be tripped.
• Dragons would have to destroy the Storages first before they reach the Air Defenses thus giving more time for the Air Defenses to kill them.
• Teslas placed near each other and are usually one of the last towers to get destroyed thus maximizing their effectiveness.
• Walls are staggered.

Cons

• Clan Castle isn't placed very effectively.

• Barbarians + Archers can reach the Storages very easily.
• The odd Cannon and Barbarian King Altar at the bottom would mess with OCD people.

I'm looking for constructive feedback on how to improve this base. Like I said, this is my first time designing a base so please don't be too harsh on me.
