I dont know what i should say about this.

This player raided me 2 days ago and i have been trying to revenge that for last 2 days. I tried attacking the player countless times, only to see that "The player is online". I have tried attacking this guy like 20 times or so, and every time its same thing, "The player is online". No matter what time it, the player is online.

This was the reply from support.

If you try to get attack or revenge on any of the opponents but the system informs you that they have a shield or are online, it means that these players are very active and are probably attacking or being attacked every time they connect to the game. This makes it difficult to get this villages attacked or to take revenge on them.

And when i asked the support staff to take a look at the base of the accused player.
"Thanks for contacting us back.
Yes it is a town hall level 8 village. And that is how that player has designed his village.

Now my question.

1) Seriously why did the support staff responded as mentioned above? Do they think that players are ♥♥♥♥♥♥ people?
2) Does this means that i can use <app> to keep me online forever ? (I know about the timeout, but then again that can be countered with the help of macro)
3) Also, does this mean that this kind of actions are ALLOWED in clash of clans? Does this means that i can use 3rd party tools to gain unfair advantage over other players?

P.S:- I am just angry in the way support staff responded. And no im not Bhurt about this player raiding me, i lost like 6000 exlier + gold, in total !

For you to say he is online all the time it means that you have to be online all the time.

If you are online to try and revenge him why can't he be online?

My phone is connected to internet 24/7. That means that i can hop in and hop out when ever i want. This also means that i am not online 24/7. I dont know where you got the logic from. For last 2 days, i have tried 22 times or so (as mentioned above) and every time, the only message i get is that the player is online.

I dont know what kinda brain or logic you got. The chance of me getting 22 times the same message is infinitely SMALL. Please refrain from posting without using your brain. If i am using 3rd party tools to stay online 24/7 to have an unfair advantage over others, then that kind of behaviour deserves to be punished. Atleast thats what normally happens.

I fully understand the fact that a player could be online everytime i am online. Discarding the probability / chance factor and lets assume that the player comes online a second before i press that revenge button.
Then again, who would build a base like the one i posted above ? Which TH8 player would have a base like that? Even rushers would have better base, atleast a better design.


I dunno what kinda people are you ' forum warriors '. Bashing your comments and pointing towards 'Pointless thread'. I seriously underestimated the toxicity of the players of Clan of Clash and now i have seen it. I will refrain myself from posting anymore since more or less i would have to face similar behaviors, which would force me into doing something i dont like to do. Hi,

I get that you suspect something is not right and absolutely it is a fact that he has the base design skills of a 6 year old (I have 2 of those so I know) - but there is zero evidence that he is doing anything wrong.

Question for you - when he attacked you 2 days ago did it look like a person would attack?

If not please record the replay and send support the link job done.

Being online a lot and not watching any of my base design videos does not equal ch34ting.

6 hours of play with a mandatory 15 minute break in between. You mean to tell me you're so in sync that you have calculated when his break would be? Give me a break.

Prove that he is using a 3rd party tool. Until you can, your argument and complaint ( or rather crying) holds no weight.
