It's challenging to barch in higher leagues. lol.
I'm tired hearing the notion that barch is so easy to use at ANY league trophies.
I'm aware that you are like one of the top barchers as far as trophy pushers go, so I have no doubt that you know how to handle most bases using them. But how will the 2x rate of fire/re-engaging be affected when you factor in that you're not just going up against single-target archer towers, but mortars/wiz towers that deal splash damage to the hoards as well?
As in, it's not just lvl 13 ATs that you are going to be concerned about, but lower level ATs will be able to one-shot your troops once a pack get hit with splash damage first. That's when the true value of that 2x firing rate will kick in, correct?
Lv13 archer tower is 98 dmg per shot, after update 49.
Lv7 archer have48hp.
Lv7 barb have 125hp.
Archer's will die twice as fast as still being 1 shot every 0.5s instead of every 1s.
Barbarians will die 33% faster, before it took 2 shots at 1s, (2s). After the update it will take 3 shots at 0.5s (1.5s)
Do you even MATH? barching will become harder across the board... the people saying wait for the update... learn some math.
Exactly right! It's all pure speculation at the moment, we are all on the same page. Time will tell.
Personally, I think given the amount of time this update has been in progress, supercell have thought it through clearly. They are aware of the complaints from farmers about bad loot, and barch is one of the most common armies. I dont think they would give it such a nerf that it becomes impossible.
But I'm certainly excited to see.
