Big push in my clan coming up over this holiday break, 220 troop space, all core troops maxed, max minions/hogs/valks but Lv1 golems/witch/hounds.
I don't know if all archers will work, I can bring spells too but I've never gone higher than low masters 3, so I have no experience and need some tips.
All archers is an amazing strategy, just got to be patient and find the right base, one that have lots of buildings on the outside. If you have a lot of time, all archers would be the best for you but if not, go with loonion as the DE troops needed for GoWiWi/Pe or Lavaloonion are low level.
I got champs as th9 using loons , minions for the one star, look for bases with lots of % outside the walls! plenty of vids on YouTube to guide you to champs using loons

The best strategy as a TH9 is balloonion. Most th9 champs do it that way, and people make it to even 4k cups with Balloonion. There are plenty of tips on how to do it, look around. That is the way I made it.
Im not patient. But i was using all arch at around 2500 and peaked at that range. Of course both heros were down and i only brought 1 spell and no cc.... You may see my patience problem now.... If you want to boost, i can see any townhall 9 getting to 2700 QUICKLY without many problems.
As a townhall 9 barch to as far as u can, then balloonion is best strategy to take over barch, mostly aiming for 1 star, getting 2 where possible. Best of luck 😊
