Go up. Crystal is the place to farm DE. Pick off exposed drills and weakly protected tanks and you will be swimming in DE by the end of the weekQuote:

Get as high as you can, and don't hold too much, gold or elixir, put th outside....
BK is only 10k. .. think its about 5% de that would be available to attacker, so if you could hit crystal league, people would leave you alone and take the snipe, rather than bother you for 500 de. .....

Edit... presuming BK is your main target...
Saving from collectors takes forever, I would do what these guys are saying and push up to crystal and raid. Make sure you max out your base before upgrading TH as well, looting only gets more difficult
