That is for the new layout tool features that are going to be announced sometime this week.

The update info has already been leaked. There's going to be a saved layout feature coming where you can save multiple base layouts and flick between them in this coming update.

It looks like the 'Friends' tab they used to have... Wonder if they brought it back...
