As the title says, i have all lvl6 wiz towers and all lvl1 xbows. If I upgrade xbows first, should I do lvl3 xbows before lvl7 wiz towers? Or what? I know you are gonna say "splash first", but I have 3 mortars upgrading. Also keep in mind how long xbows take to upgrade. Should I just keep those constantly upgrading? Thanks for your responses guys. -TDB

Split difference xbows to 2, then whizzies?. .... (mortars will then be finished)
Edit... just noticed title says lvl2. .. doh.... (lvl3 in complaint)
Alternate Xbows. Do all Wiz first. Do one at a time Mortar, Archer, Tessla, Cannon, depending on how many builders you have - one each on each kind of def buildingQuote:

SO 1 xbow 1 wiz 1 archer 1 mortar 1 tessla. Repeat. Once a builder frees up start doing cannons. Once another frees up have them do heros, and traps, etc. But never more than 1 of a kind of def down for upgrades IMHO

heres the order u should do
xbows to 2
wiz to 7
xbows to 3
possibly wiz to 8(I'm not sure what town hall level)
dont do these right after one another, and do bows one at a time. spread the other defenses however u want throughout this list, but for these 2 defenses, this is definitely the order
Didn't really understand what you said, and I understand I am asking for advice, but I completely disagree with everything you said. First of all, I maxed TH8 "should have maxed all your wiz towers while bringing up the new def buildings to TH8 strength". I see that you also said that I maxed TH8, but I did not understand your post. And most people would agree that you should do your cannons and archer towers last, as they are the least important defensive buildings. I'm not mad, and I hope I don't sound mad, but I think I just read your post wrong. Anyhow, I think I have my answer so thank you! I will be doing my xbows to 2 first, then all wiz towers to 7, then xbows to 3 and I will start to focus on teslas, then archer towers, then cannons, then air defenses and traps. Thanks though!Quote:

Thats my opinion at least. There are two ways to tackle this. Some put both xbows down from beginning to max. Others keep one and upgrade the other, while doing no more than 2 each of the other defences( so 1 xbow, 2 wiz towers, 1 mortar for example).
Air defence depends on what league you are in, unless youre above 2000 you dont have to worry too much about loons
opinions opinions opinions... lv2 xbows aren't much better than level 3. Their main strength is that it brings you one step closer to xbow3 which are a massive leap in power.
Wiz 7 are awesome against witches and wallbreakers.
Xbows take ages, wiz towers are faster.
If you can keep your gold rolling in fast enough, I'd do wiz towers first. That said, as I couldn't bring that sort of loot in, so did the xbows first just to keep the builders busy as long as possible.
After I got all my defenses and walls to th8 standard my top priorities are tesla, xbow and Airdef to max then I will start with the splash defense. Because I like it that way. :cool:
