And who's the one giving them troops. Nothing is forcing you to. Make a rule that says they have to talk amd donate a certain amount before requesting or kick, no toleration.

To all the people who provided valuable feedback, thank you. I appreciate it.
For those who just tried to tell me a work around, which is already available in the game. Please understand, this isn't a game breaking issue for me, and I'm perfectly capable of managing it in the current scope of the game, but as i said before it can get frustrating at times and it would be a nice way to vent some of the stress of the situation by being able to get some revenge on those who take advantage of you. Nonetheless, thank you for your feed back and attempts to help as well.
I guess the popular opinion thus far is that the minor convenience and entertainment that would be provided by this feature isn't worth the groundwork.
It seemed like a really fun idea at the spur of the moment.

Best, easiest, quickest way to remedy this.....
Leave the clan .... Leave your troops!
Can't take em with you if you go.
You wanna leave the clan...so be it...no problem...but that dragon that was just donated to your clan castle gets left behind. See Ya!!
Solution is: Empty the clan castle on exit.
Thank You
Any form of punishment for leaving a is a bad idea and will only lead to worse problems. The person who does not want to be in the clan will simply donate ♥♥♥♥ troops, pollute your clan chat with obscenities, sabotage your war effort, etc. until you boot them out. Far worse than taking the dragon that you donated to a new member who likely didn't even introduce themselves.
A better question though . . . why would you want to force somebody to stay in your clan who doesn't want to be there? What possible good can come from that?
If hoppers bother you here are two quick ways to have fun with them and make your clan stronger at the same time. If somebody joins and asks for ANY troops before introducing themselves, boot them instantly. If they just say hi and make an unreasonable request, boot them instantly. This accomplishes three things. First, it keeps those unwanted hoppers out of your clan. Second, it shows your clan members that you are sticking up for them and protecting them from those unwanted hoppers proactively, not after the fact. Last, although you do run the risk of getting donkey dung on your boots it will keep the toe polished when you apply it judiciously to the south facing end of that north bound donkey. Besides, it always puts a smile on my face to donate 3 goblins before I boot them.
You fail to remember that you are talking about people who already have a poor moral compass. With this logic in place they will just stay and use the dragon, then ask for another, and another, and another until you give them something they don't want. When they leave they simply wouldn't have the troops they didn't want anyway. All you did was save them a button click. In this scenario they actually leached more off of your clan than they would have if you just let them leave with the first dragon. Not to mention that it also strips the idea of feeder/sister/alliance clans almost entirely.
