I play on an ipad air and that's even a big screen for a game. I imagine that playing on a 24" tablet would be quite the experience!

That's basically just an all in one PC, dear lord, who would use that as a legitimate tablet?
If that thing doesn't run a full operating system, I wouldn't even bother. The usefulness of a compact touch screen to replace a notebook or notepad is thrown completely out the window.
I saw one shot that shows that it runs Android. If it runs android and has access to Google Play, you should be able to play Clash of Clans on it.
My iPad air is the perfect size and the game looks very crisp on it as well.
